On Friday some of our Brilliant Cumbria Ambassadors volunteered to help Every Life Matters put together some self-harm safe kits.
‘Self-harm Safe Kits are a resource for anyone wanting to understand, and begin to find ways to manage, their self-harming behaviour.
The students made an incredible 270 kits today, and each kit will go on to make a huge difference in helping individuals across the county’
