Exam Certificates are now ready to collect. These can be collected from the Main Reception between 9am and 3.30pm Monday – Friday, during term time. If you are unable to collect certificates yourself, you can send a representative who must have written permission from you and they must bring a form of ID.
You must follow the current government guidelines when collecting certificates, please do not come to the academy if you have any COVID-19 symptoms and you must wear a facemask. Reception staff will, as witnessed by you or your representative, countersign on your behalf to say certificates have been collected.
We are only obliged to keep certificates for 1 year, after which they can be destroyed confidentially.
