Cumbria County Council are currently recruiting for Apprentice and Wholetime (full time) Firefighters. Applications are open now until 10am Thursday 14th May 2020.

The application process must be done through the online link via the website and will close on Thursday 14th May at 10am. There is no application form to complete, all applicants will be guided through a series of online application stages and assessments.
The website gives lots of information about being a firefighter, the application process and the training involved, there are also ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ which address the most common queries from applicants. Please note that applicants must be aged 18 at the start of the apprenticeship, so if they are aged 17 and 6 months and above they are eligible to apply.
