On Friday The Whitehaven Academy were joined by Sellafield and STEM to host the first annual Year 5 Robotics Competition. Four local schools from the Workington and Whitehaven area attended, Lowca, St James, Beckstone and Northside primary schools all joined in together to compete with their best robot creations – all accompanied with special guest star Rex!
