Next week we will be holding our Learning Festival which was a huge success last year. The theme of the week is Be The Best You Can Be, with an emphasis on our core values of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience. At The Whitehaven Academy, we will focus on ‘Talking Together, Learning Together’ and our intention as a school community is to work together on developing a wide range of opportunities for our students to practice and develop their skills of communication and oracy. There are many exciting things happening in lessons throughout the week that will support with this.
