This morning, The Decommissioning Alliance (TDA) had a fantastic conversation with Dr Andy Cope, founder of Art of Brilliance, surrounding their new ‘Brilliant Schools’ initiative.
Members of the Decommissioning Delivery Partnership (DDP) framework, including TDA, ADAPT, Orano and also community support group Well Whitehaven, have decided to sponsor the initiative, which seeks to instil positivity, resilience, self-esteem and wellbeing into the school curriculum. This is due to launch next week throughout six schools in Cumbria.
Alison Young, Resource and Admin Manager for TDA, said, “We are so thrilled to be a part of this fantastic initiative! As we have worked with The Art of Brilliance in the past, we know first-hand how their training can positively impact your mindset and wellbeing, so we are confident that the children will benefit massively from this experience.”
