Friday 8th May 2020 marks 75 years since VE (Victory in Europe) Day. There were lots of plans to celebrate this, such as street parties, that will now not be able to take place due to lockdown restrictions.
However, this is your chance to celebrate this event as a community even during lockdown! I have set a series of challenges (on the ‘Challenges slides’ attached) from which you can choose as much or as little as you like. Once you are done, please send your pictures, videos, PowerPoints, written work and recordings to lcoleman@whitehavenacademy.org.uk so that we can celebrate it on social media!
